Our Schools

Following initial trials of the Bulls-Eye career assessment tools in Australia, in 2019 we commenced a pilot of the full Career Central programme.

The feedback and encouragement we gained during the pilot process has enabled us to design a specific programme for Y9 to Y12 students in Australia. In 2020 we look forward to working with even more Australian schools.

Tania Cooper

Head of Faculty Pathways, Iona College

“Our students find the Career Central programme very easy to navigate and use. They like the opportunity to reflect on their skills, interests and career values, and really enjoy completing the Bulls-Eye career quizzes. We find their engagement in the programme leads to more insightful careers discussions and decision making with students and their parents.”

Ronel Bothma

Careers Counsellor, All Hallows School

“Bulls-Eye is an engaging and innovative online interest and career tool which supports students to discover career path options which match their interests and skills, while encouraging a broad focus and supporting an informed approach to subject engagement and subject selection for our students.”

Natasha Purcell

Careers Counsellor, Good Shepherd Lutheran College

“Career Central has helped me to capture student interests and intentions for discussions during career counselling and for students to connect subject selection choices with their preferred pathways in preparation for SET Planning. It is a programme students can use from years nine to 12 – adding to it annually and engaging at different points to record their career exploration journey.”

Paul Moscos

Guidance Counsellor, St Laurence’s College

“I’m really happy with the discussions and questions that were generated from the Career Central process. A large number of the students had told their parents about the work they had done, with many parents raising it during subject selection interviews.”

Kevin Moreland

Managing Director, BCM

“BCM worked with Bulls-Eye to bring the QUT Match My Skills tool to market. Kate McBeath co-created the tool with us. Kate’s approach was collaborative, creative and considered. Kate provided BCM and QUT deep insight and counsel around career development; counsel which has resulted in the Match My Skills tool being best-practice and garnering huge support from people navigating and exploring career choices.”
