  • Can I just sign up a single one year level?

    Yes, While we recommend signing up Y9-12 or Y10-12 for the best experience, you can sign up individual year levels.

  • What support is available? Is there a cost?

    All online, email and phone support is free and readily available. You can book a zoom session with us anytime.

  • Do I have to pay for technical updates?

    No. Updates are automatic and free. You will always experience the best version of Career Central without any interruption.

  • Can all school staff access Career Central?

    Staff access to Career Central is given by the Careers Department. You can give access to all staff, or specific staff based on need. There are different levels of access (e.g. view only).

  • What School Management Systems does Career Central work with?

    Career Central works with an Australian based data connecter (Wonde) to automate student data. Or, we can upload data manually to Career Central via a CSV template.

  • What if I sign up halfway through the year?

    No problem, Career Central's annual subscription cost will adjust to how many school terms are left in the school year. An annual subscription will be charged for the full year thereafter.
